Yahoo launched Ymail and Rocketmail addresees

The Sunnyvale company (Yahoo!) now offers addresses ending in rocketmail.com and ymail.com in addition to its traditional yahoo.com domain name.
Surveys studied by the company showed that most people want an easy to remember address that contains part of their name. With about 260 million users, the yahoo.com email system didn’t have many easy names left for people to choose from.
Yahoo plans to auction off a number of desirable email addresses related to charitable groups starting today.
